AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Need
To move various trolleys in narrow spaces for the transportation of vehicle bodies between assembly lines. The set has a mass varying from 800 kg to 1500 kg and a length of 4 m.
Problem
The trolleys on castors wheels were previously difficult to manipulate with 2 operators positioned on either side. Various motorised solutions were tested without any real success. These were either not manoeuvrable enough, such as tow tractors, or not flexible enough, such as AGVs.
JNOV TECH solution
Our offer consists of two 1 000 kg robots providing a flexible and multidirectional solution while adapting to existing carts. A single operator can then carry out his mission effortlessly and easily.
AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
Need
To move various existing platforms around the aircraft on the production line effortlessly and in total The set had a mass of around 8,000 kg and a length of 6 m.
Problem
The platforms were previously equipped with air cushion systems that were difficult to manoeuvre by 5 operators, with risks of impact against the aircraft structure.
JNOV TECH solution
The modified platforms integrate a modular drive system with a capacity of 8,000 kg, consisting of two drive and steering wheels for multidirectional movement.
Controlled by a single operator, this solution allows safe and accurate approach to the aircraft with ease and without major modifications of the existing equipment.
